      • We strive to ship out your order within 2-3 business days after it is placed, unless it is a customized or personalized order.
      • Customized or personalized orders may require additional processing time. You will be informed of the turnaround time after finalizing the customization details and before making the payment.
    2. Delivery Estimates:

      • Within India: We use Delhivery Logistics Service for deliveries within India, with an estimated delivery time of 3-7 business days.
      • Outside India: International orders are shipped via DHL Express with an estimated delivery time of 5-10 business days.
      • Please note that these delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping partners. We are not liable for delays caused by our shipping partners or due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance processes.
    3. Damage During Shipping:

      • If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement of the damaged item(s) as soon as possible.
    4. Tracking Your Order:

      • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, if applicable, so you can track your package until it reaches you.
    5. Shipping Charges:

      • Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the destination. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
    6. Order Cancellation:

      • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been shipped.
    7. Customs and Duties (International Orders):

      • International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential duties and taxes.
