Return and Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

1.1 All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please follow the procedures outlined below.

2. Returns

2.1 Eligibility: We accept returns for defective items within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

2.2 Non-returnable Items: Certain types of items are non-returnable, such as:

  • Personalized or customized items
  • Perishable goods
  • Downloadable software products
  • Gift cards

2.3 Return Process: To initiate a return for a defective item, please contact our customer service team at or Whatsapp +91-7017553393 within 72 hours of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may not be accepted. You are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the defective item.

3. Refunds

3.1 Refund Eligibility: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 working days.

3.2 Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

4.1 Notification: We must be notified within 72 hours from delivery of any defects or damages. Please provide photographs/videos of the damaged or defective items and the packaging for our review.

4.2 Return of Defective Items: We may request that you return 100% of a defective order within 7 business days before we agree to provide a replacement or issue a refund.

4.3 Order Reproduction: We will reproduce your order at no additional charge if we verify that we made an error in the production of your order.

5. Shipping

5.1 Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5.2 Reimbursement of Return Shipping Costs: Dawra Enterprises will reimburse return shipment costs for authorized exchanges/returns of defective items.

6. Liability for Errors

6.1 We are not liable for errors committed by buyers during the course of personalizing a product. These errors may include, but are not limited to, misspellings, bleeds, grammar, punctuation, or image resolution issues.
